THIS IS MAYA'S 4TH NIGHT WITHOUT HER BOTTLE. SHE IS DOING SO GOOD. TONIGHT WAS SORT OF ROUGH BUT SHE IS FINALLY DOWN FOR THE NIGHT, I HOPE. I WAS SO TEMPTED TO JUST GIVE HER A BOTTLE BUT I WAS STRONG AND DIDN'T GIVE IN. I THINK THE WORSE IS OVER NOW. THIS IS THE HARD PART OF MOTHERHOOD.

Good job - I'm glad you didn't give in and take the easy road. Ella gave up her bottle with no problem - it's this durn passey that we can't get her to give up. She'll probably have it with her on her first day of school!

Don't give in now or you will just have to start over. After a week she will think what was a bottle.
