THIS IS HOW I FOUND HER IN THE MORNING.
TRYING OUT CURLERS.
MY POOR MAYA.
HER HORRIBLE RASH FOR A VIRUS.
WHERE DO I START???? SO MUCH HAS HAPPENED IN THE PAST COUPLE OF MONTHS. ME AND MAYA GOT SETTLED IN MISSISSIPPI, I STARTED A NEW JOB THIS PAST MONDAY, AND MAYA HAS BEEN REALLY SICK. SHE WENT TO THE DOCTOR LAST THURSDAY AND WAS DIAGNOSED WITH BILATERAL PNEUMONIA. HER DOCTOR SAID THAT WE CAUGHT IT EARLY AND COULD TREAT IT AT HOME. WELL, SHE JUST GOT WORSE. SO, SATURDAY MORNING I HAD TO RUSH HER TO THE ER FOR TREATMENT. SHE WAS ADMITTED TO THE HOSPITAL WITH MICROPLASMIC PNEUMONIA AND DEHYDRATION. I WAS SCARED TO DEATH. SHE WAS LIFELESS. I MEAN LIKE A DISH RAG. WE ARE NOW HOME DOING MUCH BETTER. SHE IS STILL ON MEDS AND BREATHING TREATMENTS. THANKS FOR ALL THE PRAYERS.

I am so sorry sweet little Maya has gone through this. Poor baby. I'm so glad she is doing better. Amelia has been dealing with a staph infection and I am so worried about her. I will keep you in my prayers.

Oh My! I am so glad to hear she is home now and getting better. You poor thing. I have been there and I know how scary that is. Hang in there and hope that you are catching up on sleep. I imagine you didn't get much during all of this. Give Maya a big hug and sending her get will smooches.

The curlers are a riot and they sure do spread out all over the bed as little as they are.

I am so sorry to hear this. I will be praying for your angel. Poor baby! If there is anything that you need please let me know. I know how scary it is when they're so sick. When Ella was born she was sick - she spent 10 days in the hospital. And she was so far away from me! I hated it. I'm glad you can hold your baby and comfort her. Hope everything gets better soon.

I hope Maya is feeling much better! That must have been very frightening for you. As nurses, sometimes we know too much, and it makes having sick kids so scary!
